Fitness Video| My Workout Routine + Healthy Food Choices ♡

Hey guys! My fitness routine has been very highly requested and I hope it inspires some of you to to workout! ♡ leave me a comment, i read all of them & it makes my day!

Background info: i don't workout every single day, probably around 4 times a week!
I also don't always eat healthy but i try my best! 🙂

LIFTING WEIGHTS WILL NOT MAKE YOU MANLY. women don’t have the testosterone in their makeup to turn into manly figures. increasing weight will help burn fat quicker and increase muscle (one women looks thinner and toned not bulgey and huge). look up female bikini competitors they all have banging bods and mainly do resistance training. Cardio is great primarily for heart health and creating a caloric deficit but if you want to see real results in the shape of your body or figure lift weights! don’t be afraid to lift heavy!!

  4. Gaining muscles on girls doesnt make you look like a guy. that part where she says that just made me cringe.

  5. Your comment about looking like a guy at 2:09 was really offensive. My muscle literally bulges out of my legs and I don’t think I look like a guy. I’m not trying to hate, I really do like to watch your channel, I’m just saying…

    • She probably wants to look thin. I have big calves and I’m really proud of them. My max back squat is 200 lbs. Don’t let anyone make you feel any less. A lot of girls misconcept these “heavier weights” to look like a “man” which is never the case unless you take steroids lol

    • +bobby-anne Binnenweg honestly, it doesnt matter. my teacher (she has her own running clun in which im in) shes very thin for her age. we all run the same and some of my friends say that i work out too much but since i need to be fit (everyone does) so i did not start out on 100 of each, i started at just 5. working my way up, slowly. 🙂 so even if you do 5 or even (and yes ive seen it before) 500 of everything, a work out is a work out.

      +alleexandraa +Elenaluvsmakeup +MiniMacBabe  i know guys 🙁 i said it because i’m very jealous hahaha. i have to eat very clean and exercise pretty much to keep my body fit and then i see a girl that doesn’t have to do anything for it, and that makes me jealous. but i agree, everybody needs to workout. and some people need to work harder for a dreambody than others. tragically… XD

    I literally stopped watching after you said you didn’t want to do much calf rises bc you didn’t want to look like a guy.

  14. just saying why is it bad to have too much muscle? Also, why is milk unhealthy? Why do you need to buy different kinds of “fake milk”. The different types of milk usually have more sugar as well.

    • Because what she should have said is it’s okay to eat junk food in moderation and healthy portions, just not all the time.

  19. I am currently studying to be a personal trainer and nutritionist, please do not follow this work out routine. It is very unbalanced and gives out wrong information! Weight training will NOT make a female gain the same amount of muscle mass a male does. The only way that is possible is by taking steroids or other supplements.

  20. she probably didn’t know that lifting heavier won’t make you “look like a guy”. I used to believe that too until I read about it, so stop attacking her

    I have people at my job who tell me that lifting weights will mess up my body and leave me infertile. Some people just don’t know the truth until they do some research…
